Bio

Welcome!! My name is Emily Frederick, and I am the Autistic Support Teacher here at Floyd C. Fretz Middle School. This will be my third year working for the Bradford Area School District. I graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in May of 2015 with a Bachelors of Science in Education in Early Childhood (Pre-K through 4th) and Special Education (Pre-K through 8th) with a concentration in Mathematics.

Within my room, I utilize the Class Dojo app where I can connect with parents and share how their child is doing throughout the day. Behavior is tracked daily through the Dojo app. Students are able to work towards weekly rewards for their hard work. We work on preparing students for everyday life while fostering growth of their individual needs. Students are expected to come to school and work to their fullest potential.

I can be contacted through email at efrederick@bradfordareaschools.org as well as by phone at the school 814-362-3508 ext. 2703. Parents of students within my classroom can contact me through the Dojo app as well.
